• Klyo allows you to store audio notes or voice samples.

• Audio files are encrypted client-side or immediately upon upload.

• We never unencrypt, analyze, transcribe, or listen to your audio.

• We cannot access the unencrypted contents of your audio at any time.

• Service performance and analytics data

This data is used strictly to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve system reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Klyo service

• Nylon Threads, LLC does not have the ability to decrypt stored audio.

• Keys are managed per industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access.

4.2 Other Data

• Account metadata and authentication records are stored on secure servers hosted by reputable cloud providers.

• Internal access is strictly limited and audited.

4.3 Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Audio files remain encrypted until you delete them or close your account. Deleted content is removed from active systems immediately and purged from backups within a reasonable period.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share personal information except in these scenarios:

• Service Providers: Infrastructure, authentication, and security vendors who operate under strict data-processing agreements.

• Legal Requirements: Only when required by law, subpoena, or valid government request. Because your audio is encrypted and inaccessible to us, we cannot provide its unencrypted contents under any circumstance.

• Business Transfers: If Klyo or Nylon Threads, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, users will be notified of any material changes.

We do not sell data to third parties.
